  1. Personal Responsibility: Please ensure that you take care of your valuable items. It is your responsibility to safeguard them, and we cannot be held liable for any loss.
  2. Staff Conduct: If you have any concerns about our staff, you are encouraged to file a police complaint with supporting evidence.
  3. Handling Money and Valuables: Please refrain from handling money or valuable items with our staff. We are not responsible for any losses incurred.
  4. Complaints: Should you have any complaints regarding staff behavior or discipline, please contact us immediately, and we will address the issue promptly.
  5. Privacy of Staff Information: Once we provide you with our staff's contact information, you may not engage them privately without our knowledge. Please take this guideline seriously.
  6. Meal Provisioning: If our staff is working for 24 hours, you are required to provide them with meals.
  7. Salary Payments: Do not pay salaries directly to the staff without informing us first, as our commission is included in their salary.
  8. Record Keeping: We maintain records from the start to the end of each day of the month.
  9. Communication: If you experience any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us via WhatsApp right away.
